Shopify B2B ↔ HubSpot integration
Connecting Shopify B2B with sales activity
Client: L'Expressionnist · Sector: B2B e-commerce (Shopify B2B)
- The context
- L’Expressionnist is a young, fast-growing e-commerce business. The company chose Shopify B2B for its professional orders, with the added need for a CRM to structure and track its real sales activity.
- The challenge
- Connecting the e-commerce activity to the reps’ day-to-day work — with particular attention to Shopify draft orders, used as real quotes to move through a sales funnel.
- What we did
- A non-native integration between Shopify B2B and the CRM, built to stay performant, maintainable and cost-controlled. Opportunities, real orders and the state of the client base all tracked from one centralised environment.
- The result
- A clearer view of activity — sales, orders and the active client portfolio brought together. A CRM closer to operational reality, able to support growth without adding complexity to the organisation.
“Léo listened closely to our needs and proposed solutions that fit the way we work very well. His approach is both technical and pragmatic: he always looks for the most relevant solution, while keeping the company’s operational stakes in mind. Thanks to his support, we were able to automate many processes, make our data more reliable and considerably improve how we use HubSpot.”
